Please note that transfers between the Airport, CC Siglo XXI and Hotels will be for delegates own account. There is safety taxi service out of the airport. WIFI Medical Assistance For assistance with any medical emergency, please inform to the organizers. Treatment will be for the delegate's own accounts. The medical centre is located in the exhibition area into the Chichen itzá Room. Medical Services are coordinated by the Ministry of Health of the Yucatán State. Information Desk The information desk is operated by the secretariat committee and can be found in front of the Register Area.
Media Centre Located at the Mayapan Room, the Media Center serves the needs of journalists covering the Conference. This enclosed area will be open only to accredited members of the media. The Centre provides press conference facilities and newsroom.
Lost and Found Lost items will be handed in at security at Information Desk. Any losses should be reported to the information desk. Although every effort will be made to retrieve lost personal belongings, the responsibility for securing personal belongings remains that of each person attending the Conference. Please in case you need any special requirement in this regard, inform to us at the information desk. Conference Attire The dress code for the Safety 2008 Conference is business casual. We recommend that you bring a light jacket or sweater, because it may be difficult to regulate the meeting room temperatures to suit all tastes. Wear comfortable shoes |
