Speaker Preparation Room

The Speaker Preparation Room is located in CC Siglo XXI room Mayapan. The room is open from 8:00 to 18:00.

Procedures for Invited Speakers and Oral Presenters

Please prepare your presentation on Microsoft PowerPoint and copy your presentation in CD (CD is best) or USB memory. The conference organizers provide a laptop computer in each of the conference venues so that your presentation can be projected on a large screen for conference delegates. For your convenience, we request your presence in your speech room at least 30 minutes before of your participation, one technical expert are available for the preparations.

Procedures for Poster Presenters

Poster should be up from 7:00 to 8:00 on the poster presentation days and should be removed at 18:00. The Conference Secretariat will be removed the posters that are not taken down. Posters authors are required to stand at their posters between 11:50 - 12:50 and 16:00 - 17:00 on 16, 17, 18 March.
