REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Check-In Procedures Each participant at the 9th World Conference on Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion (Safety 2008) must check in personally at the register area, located at Convention Center, south main corridor, in order to collect the Conference kit and badge, before attending any sessions or events.

Changes to Registered Names Name changes for individual registration can be made at an additional fee of $50 USD per name change at the Register Area.
Badges Identification badges are required for admission to all sessions, official functions, social events and exhibitions. Participants who lose their badges must register, using the confirmation letter and presenting picture identification. A fee of $ 50 USD is payable for badge replacements. |
